Affiliate Program Terms

1. The program

The OnlyPost affiliate program is operated by Andyra GmbH, Belziger Straße 69/71, 10823 Berlin, Germany ("OnlyPost", "we"), and runs on PromoteKit (promotekit.com). By creating an affiliate account or sharing your referral link, you accept these terms. Your affiliate dashboard, referral link, statistics and payout records live in the PromoteKit portal.

2. Joining

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information when signing up. We may accept, decline or remove any affiliate at our discretion — in particular for anything in section 6. Being an affiliate creates no employment, agency or partnership relationship with us, and does not permit you to make commitments on our behalf.

Want to join? Email support@onlypost.ai and we'll get you set up with your referral link.

3. Commission

You earn a recurring commission — currently 20%, as shown in your affiliate dashboard — on subscription payments that referred customers actually make to us, for as long as they remain paying subscribers. The commission is calculated on the net amount we collect (after discounts, proration, VAT and payment disputes). One-time credit top-up purchases are not subscriptions and earn no commission. If the dashboard and this page ever disagree on the rate, the dashboard applies.

4. Tracking

Referrals are tracked by your PromoteKit link with a 60-day cookie: a visitor who follows your link and subscribes within 60 days counts as your referral. A customer is attributed to the affiliate recorded at their first completed checkout, and that attribution does not change afterwards. Tracking depends on the visitor's browser permitting it — we cannot credit referrals the tracking never saw, and PromoteKit's records are decisive for what was tracked.

5. Payouts

Commissions are paid monthly on a NET-15 basis: what you earned in one calendar month becomes payable 15 days after that month ends, in USD, via the payout method agreed in the portal (bank/SEPA transfer today). We may hold amounts under $25 until they accumulate past that threshold. You are responsible for your own taxes; business affiliates in the EU may need to invoice us under the reverse-charge rules, and we may issue self-billing credit notes where the law allows.

6. What is not allowed

The following forfeit commissions and can end the partnership immediately: referring yourself, your own company or accounts you control (self-referral detection is active); bidding on "OnlyPost" or our misspellings in paid search; posing as OnlyPost or implying your pages are ours; publishing coupon or discount codes we did not issue to you — codes obtained anywhere else forfeit commissions; spam in any channel; misleading claims about the product or guaranteed results; and promoting us on unlawful, hateful or adult content. Always disclose your affiliate relationship where advertising rules (e.g. FTC guidelines, EU consumer law) require it.

7. Refunds and clawbacks

A payment that is refunded, disputed or charged back earns no commission. If the commission was already credited, it is deducted from your balance; if it was already paid out, we may offset it against future payouts.

8. Changes and ending

Either side may end participation at any time; earned, unforfeited commissions are still paid on the normal schedule. We may change these terms — including the commission rate — with 30 days' notice through the portal or by email; changes apply going forward, never to commissions already earned. We may suspend or end the program itself, paying out what was earned up to that point.

9. The legal frame

The program is provided as-is; we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for damages caused by a breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules; place of jurisdiction for merchants is Berlin. See also our privacy policy, which describes PromoteKit's tracking.
