Every video is produced individually for your product, and production starts the moment you order — your credits go into real generation work right away.
Once a video has been produced, the credits it used are spent and are not paid back in money. If the result isn't right, use Request changeson your video — that's the built-in path for fixes.
Credits are prepaid usage. Spent credits are not refundable. Unspent plan credits follow your plan's rules rather than being paid out.
Statutory rights of consumers — including the 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies — remain unaffected by this page. The details and the withdrawal form are in the withdrawal notice.
Plans renew monthly. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep access until then. Past months are not refunded.
If a production fails, your reserved credits are released automatically — you are never charged for a video that was not delivered. Anything unclear, write to support@onlypost.ai.
